  • Making this request does not create an attorney-client relationship with any law firm or with the First Amendment Coalition.
  • The law firms receiving this request are not obligated to respond, and I have no obligation to engage any of those that do respond.
  • In order to allow the firms to determine any potential conflicts of interest, I will identify both myself and, to the extent known at this time, the public agency or other party I may be contending with in any legal action.
